2. Local Processing & Data Ownership

You retain 100% full and unconditional ownership of any Markdown content, documents, text, code, or data created, pasted, or formatted in MDForge. Because all processing happens client-side, you are solely responsible for backing up your files and persisting snapshots.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While we perform strict client-side DOMPurify sanitization and regex privacy scanning, you are responsible for final verification before publishing documentation to public repositories.
